By combining Zerowater with the Classic Light Roast Profile you are optimised for light roast coffees. Our profiles are recommended for both traditional drip coffee brewers (Keurig, Mr. Coffee, etc.) as well as any manual brewing method (AeroPress, chemex, V60, etc.) and will provide brighter, cleaner flavours, reduced bitterness and higher acidity.
All our profiles are made using the Specialty Coffee Association’s (SCA) guidelines for improved flavour for coffee.

If you do not use Zerowater you can also add one stick to distilled or RO (reverse osmosis) water. All it takes is a little shake, and you are ready to brew your favourite coffee. Your coffee has never tasted so good!
Classic Light Roast Profile comes in 3 sizes:
- 12 sticks of 1 Gallon (3,8 litres) – makes 12 gallons (45,6 litres) total
- 12 sticks of 5 Gallon (19 litres) – makes 60 gallons (228 litres) total
- 20 sticks of 2 Liter – makes 40 liters total – some people prefer half the minerals so this is a good choice for ‘softer’ water to add to 1 gallon (3,8 litres) of water. Experiment to discover your preferences today.
