    • The Classic Profile was created to meet the earlier SCAA water requirements with 10 mg of sodium chloride, ~40 TDS/kH of alkalinity and 150 TDS (total dissolvable solids).
    • Some key uses for the Classic Profile include: Pour Overs, Batch Brewers, and Cold Brew.
    • All minerals contain permanent hardness and help protect your coffee brewing equipment. Permanent hardness is included in total hardness.

    The Espresso Profile.

    • The Espresso Profile was created to meet the later SCA water requirements while simultaneously protecting espresso machine boilers. Contains ~80 TDS/kH of alkalinity and 150 TDS (total dissolvable solids).
    • Some key uses for the Espresso Profile include: Espresso Machines, Super-automatics, Batch Brewers, and Pour Overs.
    • All minerals contain permanent hardness and help protect your coffee brewing equipment. Permanent hardness is included in total hardness.

    The Dark Roast Profile.

    • The Dark Roast Profile was created to help dark roast coffees taste their best. Contains ~137 TDS/kH of alkalinity and 180 TDS (total dissolvable solids).
    • Some key uses for the Dark Roast Profile include: Espresso Machines, Super-automatics, Batch Brewers, and Drip Coffee Makers.
